The prototype OLPC XO-2 incorporating 200 dpi facing screens from Pixel Qi is slated for production in the second quarter of 2009. The touch screens are
readable in a wide range of lighting conditons from direct sunlight to
darkness. The proposed $75-100 wholesale price should yield a $200 retail price
per unit.
